4.0 out of 5 stars Yummy yummy, October 8, 2002
By A Customer
I bought this book at the begining of this season with the hope of finding one or two recipes to help me use my large harvest of peppers. What I found instead were several recipes that were easy to follow, fresh and creative. My family really appreciated that they didn't have to eat peppers in the typical kabob and stuffed fashion that I usually make.
