I purchased this for my daughter. I had it shipped to her. She said that she thought there was something wrong with it. When she came home from college for the weekend, she brought it. The nozzle was misaligned in the container. So, can not use. It was past the period that it could be returned. So, we got a defective item and due to timing never contacted seller. Perhaps they would have replaced.

The product did not function. The handle was the hardest to press and when you did finally squeeze it hard enough, the spray shot about 6 inches. You would get more of the spray all over your feet than the mugger.

I like this product but the clip on I lost because it wasn't tight enough. It seem like nobody knows how to make a good belt clip.
