So far so good....,
This review is from: Peppermint Volume 2 (Paperback)
I have read the first two in this series and so far Peppermint is off to a promising start. The premise; girl has crush on local celebrity hot guy who in turn has a younger brother who has a crush on said girl. Sounds typical I know, but the perfect combination of humor, beautiful art and drama gives it a kick :) If you like Neck and Neck and Chocolat then you will love this one!

Funny, Younger COULD be better!,
By Kayjo (Sunnyside, Utah) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Peppermint Volume 2 (Paperback)
I have read book one and two several times. If I can stop laughing, I'll get on with this. EO, our main character, is a little Stinker with lots of guts and no glory. A rash breaks out when he gets close to girls, so he's good at escaping under any method that pops into his head. Our heroine, always referred to as "Hey, Ol Lady," screeches "Take your little tantrum and leave me alone!" This about sums up her love of younger men...ugh...not this short, skateboarding, arrogant Twerp with the rash and goggles AGAIN? Where's the gorgeous EZ? There's mean, viperish girls who always assume the worst and a famous, good looking guy she helps practice lines with. If the rest of the series is as hysterical as the first two books have been, they will be read many times over. Great art too by the way!
