Between this and Coke Zero my zero calorie colas are all I need.
Max has a nice boost of caffeing and a little ginseng as well.
Yummy.
It has kind of a cinnamon taste to it.
No calories, no carbs = soda heaven.
I really have nothing bad to say except it does have aspartame which I don't like.
Otherwise...a winner.
Recommended.

I drink diet soda because I am very over weight. I get on the scale at the drug store and the little card comes out and says, "beware of ivory poachers". I get my shoes shined, I have to take the guy's word for it. I told my doctor I wanted to quickly lose 50 pounds of ugly fat, he said, cut off your head!

So cutting calories is a must. I love soda and I have tried all of the 0 calorie brews, and none are really that good. That is until now.

No kidding. I looked at the label to see if there really was sugar in this one but no, it's your basic diet soda. But some how, they have masked that BLECH diet sweetener taste. Did they add pixie dust? Did they hire Harry Potter to cast a spell on each bottle? Honestly, I don't care! Pepsi Max is my new gotta-have beverage and I'm sure if you try it, you will as surprised as I am.

I really do love it that much. It is I guess close to Pepsi (regular) I am not a fan of non-diet sodas, they seem to heavy to me. This however is lovely. I hate that I love it this much. I find myself chugging a can in a few seconds sometimes. It just makes me happy. I am thankful I don't have to pay that much for it!

If you are looking for a low carb, zero calorie morning boost, then "MAX" is for you. I do not like drinking coffee in the summer months, and tried 5 hour energy (see review) but was dissatisfied. I am very happy with Pepsi Max though. Has a nice kick to it, and tastes just like regular Pepsi. I recommend this to anyone that wants a coffee kick without the coffee

First off I must say, Pepsi Max still does not quite have the full "Pepsi taste" that the original, full-calorie soda has. With that being said however, Pepsi Max - in my personal preference - is A LOT better than some other diet sodas I've tasted in the past. It does have a very slight aftertaste however, but not nearly as much of one as Diet Coke / Diet Pepsi / etc. I've now tried both Coke Zero and Pepsi Max and I think PM has a slightly better taste and less of an aftertaste. I'm not sure how, I believe the adding of ginseng and energy drink ingredients might somehow of "masked" the aftertaste from the sweetener used, I'm really not sure. All I know is that the soda world has come a long way since the TAB and orginal Diet Coke / Pepsi days, and that I'd definitely recommend this soda for anyone like myself, looking to cut out calories/carbs/sugar from their daily nutrition, as the flavor-to-healthiness ratio (if there's such a thing!) of this soda is very high.
