4.0 out of 5 stars Perceiving the Elephant, February 26, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Perceiving the Elephant : Living Creatively With Loss of Vision (Paperback)
The book arrived timely but in a little more "used" condition than I had anticipated...however the book is great. It is an easy read with small sections written by a variety of people impacted by visual impairment in one way or another, or work within the field. It makes great reading while on the subway, or anywhere that you might be interrupted as the sections are very short (there are many!) I found it to be insightful, enjoyable, and thought provoking reading, making the issues of persons with visual impairment and/or other disabilities accessible to a wider audience.
