The beginning of this season is hard to watch with someone so EVIL.

SPOILER ALERT: If he hadn't left early I wouldn't have watched the rest of the season.

Survivor does an awesome job of letting a person's behavior speak for itself. No finger pointing required. Survivor One World displayed a wide range of economic backgrounds and socialization techniques; good and bad. We all straddle a certain level of cooperation needed to navigate our social, job and familial relationships. The Survivor One World winner definitely possessed the most obvious and well thought out communication skills. Not only had the winner thoroughly developed a strategy, the winner also had great articulation when it came time to explain any necessary unpleasantness. Pretty much perfect...

I won't spoil things too much, but I will just say that this cast was one set of dumb bunnies. The women were bland and uninteresting, the men dumb as a post. Kat was truly so dumb that it was mind-numbing and disturbing. I can't believe they brought that pea-brain back in Blood vs. Water. I guess Survivor likes the obligatory dumb blond on the cast. Colton was an offensive individual in EVERY sense of the world. His lifestyle is the tip of the iceberg. His bullying of Christina was painful to watch. His nasty sense of entitlement was horrendous. The winner of the series and even the final four were bland. This was the tofu of Survivor seasons. Edible, but not much taste because it lacks seasoning! My advice is SKIP this season unless you're such a Survivor junkie that you just can't live without it. I watched it free on Amazon Prime and said to myself, "thank the Lord I didn't pay for that!" ROFL!

Too many people who basically did as they were told or who didn't have fight in them. One person is in sales by trade and yet when it comes to a key tribal council, they do NOTHING to sway votes their way (bye!, bye!). Several of the exciting people (hogging the camera) I wished were not on the show. One player does seem to stand out. This is Kim - the soft spoken, treacherous bridal shop owner who throws a mean ring toss and can stack bowls like no other. She is part snake as those baby blue eyes mesmerize you as she is lying her butt off. The reward and immunity challenges are always entertaining. TIP #1 - remember that while you are running your mouth and making an ass of yourself on the show, you probably are busy offending a lot of people. Thus you will probably need to break down in tears at the reunion show to gain forgiveness. Be sure to practice up so you can roll tears on cue and have a good plea for forgiveness all rehearsed and ready to go. TIP #2 - unless you are ready to give it your all, don't bother to apply for Survivor. You won't last very long, and if you do - it will be as a pawn.

this season had to see the greatest amount of tears and raw heartfelt emotion than any other season. The added element of family ( blood ) brought a unique and powerful twist into the game. From the first moment, this was evident as examples of love were shown as people were immediately voted out of their tribe and sent to redemption island, but the loved ones could always switch with each other. What do you love more .....the game or giving your loved one a better chance. Great Survivor contestants from the past ( Tina, Rupert, Aras and others) were brought together with their loved ones. Colton was there as well and he is certainly one to stir up the pot. In any case, the emotional dimension of family members added a depth and power to the game that really is incomparable to any other game. the struggle of playing with against your loved ones as it was initially set up as alumni vs newbies was hard. the tribes were shuffled into two different ones and then merged. You were always on the edge of your seat and trying to keep things straight. The game was played on many different levels and it was the most captivating of the survivor seasons for me. I would definitely buy this season if you are a fan of the game and you will not be disappointed.

Still in the process of watching it but I'm totally hooked. Love the One World concept starting with men versus women on the same beach and then a merge earlier in the game than usual. Lots of alliances getting challenged on their loyalty due to this. Great show!

What a terrible season. Nice guys usually are voted off early in the season, especially if they are strong competitors. But as with no other season a bunch of conniving, nasty folks are winning. The idea of men vs. women at the outset was a huge mistake.

As always Survivor provides a lot of bang for the buck watching people from all areas of society interacting with each other in ways that would not normally occur because it is very likely none of these people would otherwise meet. This season is noe exception with the intolerable differences of the cast resulting in bickering and disbelief until it results in being voted out of the tribe and off of the adventure by thier peers.
