I didn't realize when I purchased this replica that the parts that look like metal really were metal. This makes the gun heavy enough to feel substantial in my hand. If you are going to get a replica gun, I couldn't encourage you strongly enough to buy from this set at Grendel's Cave. It should have cost much more and I know I will enjoy using it in costumes for years to come!
