I enjoyed this book not because I am a former bulldog but because of the inspiration and ideas it gave me as the coach of high level athletes. My college bound high school gymnasts seemed to be missing something that I just couldn't put my finger on. Suzanne's experience and suggestions of how to train both the body and mind of gymnasts as they enter into adulthood was just the inspiration and insight I was looking for.

Loved this book! Suzanne Yoculan is so inspiring, especially to any woman pursuing a dream. It is no wonder her teams were so successful - she is a great motivator and astute business woman.
