This is an excellent video; I borrowed it from my local library several times before finally buying my own copy. Betsy Oppenneer's teaching style is non-intimidating. She moves at a fairly fast past, but is easy to follow. The video shows how to make bread by hand from start to finish, with very good examples of how to know when to stop adding flour, kneading, shaping basic loaves, and knowing when the bread is ready to come out of the oven. She also covers using and electric stand mixer to make and knead the dough. Anyone can bake bread bread successfully with the help of this video
