These are terrific pillows, good material and well made. However, if I had it to do over again, I'd have bought the extra firm pillows instead. These aren't as firm as I expected. If you want a really firm pillow, I suggest you go with the extra firm intead.

These pillows are NOOOOT FIRM!!!! These are the softest, thinnest pillows I've ever purchased. I'm very disapointed. They are also not a full queen size. I really expected thick "hard" pillows and with these I still have to sleep with my arm under my head for full support. I must need a rock or something in my pillow...I'm keeping them for the guest room.

Great at the start, is starting to lose it firmness after about a month's use.

I bought these in the king size and they are wonderful. Very plump with a nice firmness to them. Pillow itself is a solid white color, quilting side walls are a dusty blue color. The solid white pillow will work well for you if your sheets often show through the designs on pillows easily. I have been laying on them for the past 2 days since I came home from major surgery and they have supported my back very well during this time. I highly recommend them.

This pillow is excellent for me-- mainly because I like my pillows a little flat. It started off too puffy, but then got right where I like it. Don't order this one if you are looking for a fluffy pillow-- but if you like your pillows firm, this is the one for you!

I messed up when I got these pillows, I read a few reviews stating that these were not as firm as some people hoped for, they were too soft to be called firm... and so forth. I bought the pair and was excited to try them at night. I am average size for a male, 5'10 and 180lbs and an average size head... I did not like these pillows. To me they were too firm... or maybe just firm like the description says. That's definitely my fault and a reminder to only put so much trust in reviews as they are only opinions after all. I did put these in pillow shams (I think that's what they are) and they look awesome, no deformation and they don't sag. I gave this four stars due to the anticipation that I will never know how long they last and / or retain there original properties.
So, in closing, these seem to be very nice pillows and are built very nicely, just too firm for me. Don't be afraid to try these if you like firm pillows.

I was stupid and believed the people who wrote reviews rating these pillows as "soft" or "between soft and medium." If you are like me and are used to normal pillows, these pillows will seem very firm. A little too firm for me, but then again, I should have listened to the product description instead of a few dissatisfied reviews.

I like the way the pillows made and everything, however its really not firm so if your looking for a firm pillow get the EXTRA FIRM.

Nice pillows. They were reasonably priced. Over time though, they lose a little bit of fluffiness.

It isn't the fault of this product though I didn't like it.
It was not firm enough for me, way too thick at first, then thinned down after 5 months of occational use.
Added pillow to the item list that I won't ever buy online. (Shoes also)
