Kristin Alexandre is America's #1 relationship expert was the hostess of a celebrated monthly luncheon series for businessmen and politicians at The New York Yacht Club. She was the producer and hostess of the syndicated TV talk show Enough Is Enough and was an on-air correspondent and contributor to New York's Channel 5 and Channel 13 News. More About the Author

Kristin Kuhns Alexandre has written two "relationship" books: "Find a Great Guy: Now and Forever" and "The Perfect Gentleman: The Secrets Rich Girls Use to Choose the Classiest Guys."

Her recent graphic novel series was inspired by stories from Kristin's life in Dayton, Ohio--where gypsies were much beloved and considered "royal." "Nuncio and the Gypsy Girl in the Gilded Age" is a lush love story based in Dayton in 1917 where her heroine Neci strives to capture the heart of Ezra, a composer and pilot. Every character in the novel with the exception of the doctor's family is upwardly mobile, following the American dream. Dayton was the Silicon Valley of the day, with inventors like Charles Kettering( the self starter) and the Wright Brothers( the airplane) changing the face of America and the world forever.

"Neci is not the only ambitious person in my story,"Kristin explains. "So is Marlene Carol," her rival, from a wealthy family. Marlene's family are unusually openminded for the day, housing the Negro poet Abel Blair and hiring hundreds of blacks for their foundry.

The author is working to translate the graphic novel to a TV series, film and video game.

Kristin is a Delray Beach, Fla resident and has worked as a publicist, magazine writer and television news reporter for Channels 5 and 13 in NYC. This is her first graphic novel, which she introduced at The New York Comic Con 2011 to rave
reviews fro, Newsarama and The Morton Report.

This book is a true delight - bright, very amusing and lots of fun to read. It is full of valuable advice for women (and men!) of all ages and lifestyles, and it is a definate "must read".
