I LOVED this story. I cannot imagine anyone not loving it. The hero was to die for. What a guy!! I loved him. I didn't find the story repetitive at all. I am wondering if the negative review I read is for the same book! Course, different strokes for different folks.

He is a Navy pilot staying with his sister's son while she is deployed. That happens!! He is sort of learning as he goes on how to take care of a 5 year old that has just lost his father to an accident, and then his mother is called up to deploy. However, he finds a stray cat, hurt and in need of care. They rush it to the local Vet's office and meet the lady vet.

The story takes off from there. One scene, where the hero visits the vet's office for the second time was so funny I am still laughing out loud. I love this guy!! I really enjoyed this story, duh?? It was great and I am still smiling. I highly recommend it if you would like a feel good romance story with just enough sex to make you swoon. Great story.

Now here we have a sweet, sexy, eye watering, heart pounding romance! Take a man about to lose his military career, his nephew who's father died and mom is over seas in afghanistan and an orphaned cat. Throw them together with a sexy vet and the holidays, and it makes it all this amazing book! I really loved it. It was sweet, not too predictible, no drama, just fun, sweet, sexiness and some holiday cheer!

This book has the beginnings of a good story. Unfortunately sentences maybe even paragraphs or whole pages of text are missing. I am disappointed by this. Hopefully this review will get the problem fixed because I would like to read the whole story as the author intended.

This book is a novella; and like most its expected to be engaging. This book was not at all, each chapter was a repeat of the former chapter with the main character having the same mental conversation in her mind. It would have been nice to see an added scene of interaction between the uncle, child, and the vet. And how about more dates with the vet before the awkward love scene. I am a fan of this author but compared to her other work, such as the Saber Series, she has missed the mark on this one.
