5.0 out of 5 stars A Practical Resource, April 14, 2010

This review is from: Perfect Phrases for Business Letters (Perfect Phrases Series) (Paperback)
A reader-friendly short little book that gives simple, clear and practical advice for all forms of business writings like letters, e-mails, reports, etc.

The book consists of simply two parts with the introductory chapter/part presenting creative insights for organizing your message. And the second part showing countless perfect phrases for different occasions.

"Perhaps you find that the most difficult first step in writing is not giving birth to the first sentence but garnering the necessary discipline to sit down and commit yourself to the blank screen. You avoid as long as you can: You think of other things you need to do and pretend that they are more important, you go get another cup of coffee, you stick your head in a friend's office and chat, or you clean your desk and promise to get to the writing task tomorrow. ..."
