Love this book! Great pictures to whet your whistle. The recipes are really great. LOVE the chicken piccata!

The Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker is set up a little differently than other pressure cookers on the market. This cookbook was written specifically for the Wolfgang Puck machine and helps a new user understand the unique set up.

This book was recommended by Wolfgang Puck during his sales pitch on HSN. They were sold out of it so I ordered it on Amazon (who came throught as always). I was really excited to get the book and start cooking because it was written to be a companion to this pressure cooker specifically. Sadly, I must have gotten the wrong pressure cooker because all the recipes say to set the cooker to "rice" or "meat" or "veggie" or "soup". My cooker doesn't have these settings and it doesn't tell you what the difference in cook times would be with a plain old pressure cooker. The recipes look good but I'm afraid of overcooking my veggies and having mush to eat. Fortunately, there are lots of "regular" pressure cooker cookbooks out there and those have been great! (Look for Lorna Sass)

I picked this up at a bargain bookstore since I just started cooking with my new pressure cooker. I was disappointed to see the amount of recipes in this book. I was excited to see a recipe for one of my favorite Greek foods, lemon chicken soup. I haven't made anything with this book yet so I can't judge the taste yet. There seemed to be a wide variety of recipes, from traditional to ethnic.

We have been happy with a pressure cooker cookbook as they are hard to find. The problem is that our pressure cooker and the instuctions don't match. The options to put selections on "vegetables", "rice" etc. aren't on our new cooker. However, having said that we've adapted and for the most part the meals are GREAT. Thank you for creating easy, tasty meals.

I recently purchased this cookbook as a Christmas present and was charged $54.95 plus tax. When the cookbook arrived I saw the retail price in the US was $29.95 I do not understand why I was charged almost double the retail price by chi rho books. I could have bought the same cookbook at another site or store at the retail price of $29.95 or less. I feel I was taken advantage of and I am very unhappy. I asked chi rho books for a fair price adjustment. I hope they respond so I do not have to take alternate steps to resolve this issue.

Just a so so cookbook. I expected more recipes and more interesting ones considering Mr. Puck put his name on it. All recipes in the book can be googled.Perfect Pressure Cooking
