I thought the DVD was excellent from the standpoint of a person not having much experience in lifting or exercising. It shows great technique and form. I used to be a wrestler in the highly competitive state of Iowa so over the years I learned many of these pushup and workout techniques. Pushups and dumbbells used to be my main source of lifting and staying in shape. I found myself to be too advanced for the Power 10 workout so the video seemed like common knowledge. So for beginners and more advanced people looking for a great DVD focusing on developing proper form and technique this is an excellent DVD . The DVD takes you through many different styles of pushups showing the proper form and setup. It then does about a set of three of that style pushup to show you the routine in live workout motion. With the DVD purchase I was hoping to find an exercise program, approximately 30-45 minutes long, that sets up a nice workout routine for people short on time. I was hoping for a video that combines a variety of different pushups using the Perfect Pushup into a nice timed workout. A workout that works my chest, back, arms, abs, and some cardio into a nice overall workout that is done in short time. Something similar to a Tae Bo style video or other timed exercise videos. The Power 10 Workout isn't that type of video. It is more specifically a technique video that one can evntually combined into a workout of their own. I recently wrote some emails to the Body Rev president suggesting the development of a video for more advanced people that provides a fast, effective workout routine that one could get at the gym, but can do at home in 30-45 minutes with their Perfect Pushup. He seemed pretty impressed by the idea so hopefully BodyRev builds on this DVD like they have for their other products.

Still, there are some great creative exercises included on this dvd, ones that I had never seen before in my limited experience, and I will ease those into my regular routine slowly as I go along. I agree with the poster who says this dvd shouldve been included with the Perfect Pushups rather than seperate. Its a nice dvd but I would not say worth 14.95. So it wasnt what I had hoped in terms of a complete workout but there are enough creative exercises for me to recommend it.
As a great fan of Perfect Pushup, I can only hope they do make a full workout dvd for us to follow along to.

This dvd did give a few good exercises but it was not worth the money. It should be included free with the perfect pushup.

The workouts were good, but for the price should have included a poster or cards that also demonstrated excercises and routines.

Given the generous price or the perfect pushup devices in the first place, I think this product could have been included. The video is nicely done but is very brief and demonstrates literally 10 exercises. In hindsight, I could have done just as well with a chart of the same exercises (post for free on website?). I would not buy again nor recommend.

not worth 20$!!!(20 with shipping) without it you only work your chest and triceps, they are the only sore muscles ive got right now ive been using pp for 3 days now. this dvd would work but it is NOT worth your 20$.the price is high cause they know its a must when u buy the pp.

it is needed to get the full benefit and learn proper form of the perfect pushup, it should come free with the PP

I purchased the perfect pushup set from Kmart, the package includes a coupon for the Power 10 Workout DVD free, so that I paid $5 shipping to get it. This DVD provides good instructions of different styles and routines for working with the pushup set. That makes the exercise more interesting and fun. The DVD is short and brief. I expect it covers each routine in more detail. I have to watch it several times and take notes in order to get most of the styles correctly.

It is a good DVD a couple different ways to do push ups at first it hard just starting out. The more you use it the stronger you get and the easier it becomes.

If you not a gym fanatic like myself, this DVD would offers some good workout routines while using the Perfect Pushup.
