I purchase a few of these kits for my family members. The kit is small yes but it is packed with items you can't find in any store like the food bar and water that has a five year shelf life, a hot pack, a nice poncho, 12 hour light stick, N95 mask, small first aid kit, a great squeeze flashlight and more. I highly recommend this kit for your office or car. I will be buying more in the future. Thank you,

I bought one of these for each of our grandkids to have in their backpacks or in their dorm room. These are handy little compact concise packs that can be used in case of emergency situation. I am planning to buy more of these to give away as Christmas gifts to people I care about. One never knows when we might have an occasion in which we need to be prepared. I placed an order on their web site survivalkitsonline.com on 03/17/2011 for several in-stock items including this one. Waited for 2 weeks before I made the first phone call and I was given the same "excuses" as you can read on their feedbacks. Interestingly, I was told that they will ship out the items next day and I should receive it in 2 days...... That was one week ago. Today, 04/07/2011, I made another call, listen through the lengthy "greeting" message and holding for a "customer service" staff to come to the phone. Well, they gave up first and I was directed to their voice mail after more than 5 minutes' wait... Apparently, they cannot handle all the orders they received, but continue to claim items as in-stock, and would not be honest with their customers. They quickly ruined their reputation by their own acts.....a deadly mistake for any business. Think hard and harder before you buy anything from this seller.
