Great for a laugh.
How does it work? Pretty well for what it is -- something to make you laugh. I got this for my older brother for Christmas. He laughed and my sister-in-law slapped me.

Bell does not fit on handle
Bell does not fit or affix to handle at all. Cheaply made in China. Vendor however is very honorable
