I bought the book for lack of reading material and after reading this nonesence as my title says a waste of paper and ink.
I believe Lance Campbell and Joseph J Tuttle are one and the same and the idea's in the book have no relation to handicapping.
If I was Amazon I would dump this garbage because this type of work reminds me of hucksters in the carnival. On your stars you
have to put something in but this book really gets nothing.
