Most Comprehensive review of Perfectionism
This book is a review of the latest research on the topic of Perfectionism by the very Psychologists involved in that research. This is not a pop Psychology handbook - It is in depth and written on the same level as a college text. It gave me the nuts and bolts answers I was looking for in understanding the Perfectionism I deal with.

This is an excellent - being both informative and well written- book about the theory and research on perfectionism. It is not a good resourse for treatment options or interventions. The theory and research portions of the book are useful in conceptualizing a psychological understanding of perfectionism, but for the treatment you would need another resource.

Each Literature Has a Bible - as far as perfectionism literature goes, this is it., October 18, 2009
This review is from: Perfectionism: Theory, Research, and Treatment (Hardcover)
Each literature has a bible - as far as perfectionism literature goes, this is it. An authoritative resource on perfectionism, not a self-help book. Lucid, thorough, as good as it gets.
Pavel Somov, Ph.D., author of "Eating the Moment" (2008) and "Present Perfect" (2010).
