Perfectly Pareve is more than a cookbook; it is a lesson in pareve and related kashrut issues. Recipes are easy to follow and seem to be designed for the family cook with kids running around and chaos in the kitchen. I have made several of these recipes and every one was a winner. I've made many of the author's recipes that appear in the Jewish newspaper and the OU site, and all were successes.
