The Perfit ACE actually adjusts to any adult-size neck with 16 different settings ranging from Neckless to Tall. The Perfit ACE incorporates latches which allow the rescuer to size the collar according to the victim's neck size. Two safety buttons hold the collar in place for maximum reliability. The collar stores completely flat and is radiolucent, CT and MRI compatible.

Never fall 9 ft off of a ladder and land on your neck/side of face..Doesn't feel so good.. Yrs. ago that happened and I had one similar to this, but wore out.Now I have a new one and wear it couple times a month..Helps the "Pain in the Neck"...
