This Superband is awesome! Expect it to be a very useful tool in your fitness arsenal. I am 6'2" 195 lbs and was able to completely rely on this product to assist me for my final chin-up set. It is durable, and I have no doubts that the product will be with me whenever I travel out of town. Enjoy.

1" = 50 LBS
1 3/4" = 75 LBS
2 1/2" = 100 LBS

I bought this as a result of reading a tip on how to improve my chin-up/pull-up form. It has absolutely helped with this and has proven to be a great piece of equipment to have in my workout bag. It does not take up much room and I have been able to use it for correct form on chin-ups, as well as us it for resistance training and stretching.

This item was shipped very quickly (immediately really) and came with a pamphlet and a performbetter catalog. Nice!

I bought the smallest superband (1/2") which would offer the least assistance when using with pull ups. I was worried that it wouldn't hold my weight (> 200 lbs), but it does!

Without assistance, I can do 1 or 2 pull ups (very laboriously). With this 1/2" band, I can do probably 3 without so much struggling. So, the point is that it doesn't help much and I probably should have gotten a thicker one.

I'm impressed with the product and service nonetheless.

Picking the right size for me and the type of exercises I wanted to use the superband for was a shot in the dark. I ended up picking a size that is not that most effective. There are other bands like this outside of amazon that give you more information on how to pick the right size for your goals so you may want to keep looking.

Great product, perfect for the gym or working out at home. I'm working on my pull-ups and this has been very helpful.

I used to have something similar to this in boot camp and I didn't remember them until recently and I realized I wanted one to help me with my pull-ups. I use them every single work out to knock out some pull-ups and I love it. I use different variations and no matter what I always get a good work-out. The only 'bad' thing I guess I would have to say is the band is kind of big for width. I don't remember ours being so wide in boot camp, but that doesn't bother me much at all. I've had people in the gym come ask me where I got it and I think it's a wonderful piece of equipment to have for any excercise. I not only use it for my pull ups but for ab work outs. I think this is one of the best purchases I have made. I definately recommend this product.

Excellent bands that help our clients that previously were unable to complete pull-ups. Now they can do them in an assisted basis.
