I recommend this for everyone who owns a Nintendo 64. Some games require you to use a memory card, unless you like starting over alot. I also recommend that you purchase two memory cards, because some games take up LOTS of space.

Obviously the stock photo did not match the item when I opened it, it looked like a 3rd rate knock off but I decided to try it anyways
it surprisingly worked, I only had 2 instances when it the game didn't want to read the memory card but I just took it out cleaned a bit and since then I haven't had any problems at all it's cheaper than some other N64 memory cards so I would recommend it, since its cheap and it works, what more can you ask EDIT: I did notice the price went up, I would recommend buying it used/talk with the seller first

Corrupted Data,

= Fun:2.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Performance Memory Card for Nintendo 64 (Video Game)
I have 3 of these memory cards and 2 of them are corrupted. Even though they worked not too long ago. The Performance Memory for the N64 is fickle in that it works great sometimes for long periods, and then it suddenly decides to corrupt all your data. It's frustrating. Just like Memory cards for all systems it's best to go with the official Nintendo 64 Controller Pak. It may not hold as many "pages" of memory, but it'll be a more secure way of saving your data.
As a warning, try to stay away from generic memory for the Gamecube, PS1, and PS2 as well. I don't know what it is about all these third party companies that make memory for systems, but it's never reliable.
