I wear a 10 1/2 (men's) Cannondale mountain biking shoe, so I ordered an 11, but that was too small, so I returned it for a 12 and that was still too small but I was just able to zip it up. Rather than pay another $5 to ship it back again, I decided to keep it. Anyway, before I had these booties, I was wearing two pairs of wool socks and my feet were freezing in sub-35 degree temperatures. After putting these on, I was comfortably riding in 20 degree temperatures, so I definitely think these are worth every penny, as long as you order at least 2 sizes bigger than your cycling shoe if you have chunky shoes like mine. I will order a size 13 next time. Besides being warm, they also seem very durable and have a nice rubber sole with cut-outs for your cleats.
