Blades come sharp, they are centered well and they stay in place adequately when the knife is closed. There is a bit of front to back blade wiggle when closed but it isn't so bad that the blade will just pop open by itself in your pocket. The blades also lock up adequately when deployed though I have seen better lock ups. There are some small cosmetic defects on one of the knives I got and it appears that the drill bits that were used at the factory (to make the torx screw holes) dragged along the handle and either nobody noticed the scratches or nobody cared and they just painted over them, thinking nobody would notice.
Bottom line is this is a good quality knife at the right price but I wouldn't pay more than $12 for it(I paid $8 + $4 shipping). You can buy a higher quality Stainless Steel CRKT Drifter for under $14 and those won't have any defects at all, no blade wiggle at all and they come with a limited lifetime warranty.
