And because you can decide what to do in any situation you can determine, control and most importantly, improve, your performance. I'm enjoying reading this book now. A great work by Pro. Robin. This book is very essential to everyone and every organization. It gives clear indictation on what drives successful performance and how to motivate people. Organizations can improve the performance of their people if they pay good attention to practical thought mentioned by the author. I recommend this book to every individual. Improving a product or a work process will never be as challenging as improving people behavior. That's why i called it the book of the century.
