This is a good start for the first time user of the 22-44. It will let you experiment with three different grits and help you dial in which one works best in your shop. Just keep in mind that the depth of cut is slightly different i.e the coarser grit paper is slightly thicker than the finer grits. Its not a problem when changing to finer grits, just remember to recheck the depth when changing grits.

I have had problems with every type of sandpaper Jet sells for the 22-44 sanders. The paper is so cheap now it rips as you put it on the machine. It's trash. You end up throwing two of the four rolls out. Jet should be ashamed to sell shoddy sand paper like this.
