Nice Product - Bad Packing and Handling,

This review is from: Pergo 02617 Accolade Laminate Flooring, 7.6-Inch by 47.5-Inch Plank Size with 17.59 Total Square Feet Per Carton, American Beech Blocked (Tools & Home Improvement)
This Pergo flooring is attractive and reasonably easy to install but about 20% of the product was slightly damaged. The heavy boxes where shipped in much larger boxes and were difficult to manage even by the FedEx driver. The corners on several planks were slightly damaged as a result of shifting in the oversized shipping box. Although the price was OK I would still call this premium laminate and to get it in the condition it arrived in was regrettable. I would not recommend buying flooring from a supplier (Amazon) that does not have experience shipping such items.

The product was exactly what I expected. Nice color, easy installation.
The price was good. The delivery was on time. All in all, everything was satisfactory especially when I got free shipment. I would recommend amazon.com and pergo products without hesitation. Thanks

AVOID AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT MANUFACTURER,

First off. I am a contractor. I have years of all types of flooring experience. I encountered this floor in a repair job.
This is the absolute worst laminate product I have worked with to date. The glue joints make it almost imposible to create a quality close line and installation is horribly hard. I feel for any homeowner who attempts to install this floor on their own. There is no click or lock ability in the joints of the planks. so when installing the next row it is not possible to leave the previous row locked and in place. Move on to uniclick or another manufacturer.

I ordered two boxes; only one was delivered, and the box showed evidence of damage. Every piece of flooring was chipped on at least one corner, and most of them were chipped on every corner, making every piece of flooring unusable. To date, I have yet to be refunded for the second box, which I had canceled and never arrived.

I'm not an expert or anything, but I found this flooring to be extremely difficult to install. So much so that I could not install them the way I should have. They should be installed in a brick like pattern, but you will find that hard to do because once a side of plank is locked, you can't slide it into the next joint. They only slide when tilted. You can try the tapping block, but too much of that will damage the plank. I finally gave up and installed the floor with all the planks evenly straight. So when you look at my floor, you can easily see a straight line running through the planks to the wall. That's why the planks should be laid in a brick pattern. I guess it looks OK but that's second best and not at all preferred. Also, a few planks had chips on the finish and a white sticker with black numbers. The sticker would be OK if it wasn't impossiable to remove. You don't want a sticker just laying on your floor. On YouTube laying flooring looks so easy. They must have been using a different brand. Like another reviewer said, choose another manufacture even if it cost more.
