Abbado, singers and orchestra reach a new limit in music and contemplation with these recordings of the music composed by Pergolesi, who died before being 30 years old. Most of us know the Stabat Mater, here we discover a violin concerto and less played religious pieces. To follow and share Abbado's mystical experience over the years is an immense privilege.
