I had been looking for these to replace the worn out ones on my two feeders, and now the hummers are happy. So far this is the only place I have found them. They worked perfectly and brighened the feeder it looked like new.

I was searching to purchase new hummingbird feeders for my parents. The one "their" birds seem to like the best was no longer available locally. As I was searching I found these replacement flowers and was thrilled!! One of their feeders had some missing flowers, so this was a good surprise to be added to the new feeders.

These replacement yellow flowers for several Perky Pet hummingbird feeders snap easily into place to replace the flowers that the pesky squirrels at our house chew off our feeders.

Here's the basic problem: Bees and yellowjackets, it turns out, are attracted to yellow, more than any other color. So even if your feeder is "insect proof" (and trust me, no feeder is *completely* insect proof), the bright yellow coloration of these flowers will still attract scouts from every beehive and wasp colony in your general area. Unfortunately, nearly all "target" plastic flowers (and their replacements) on hummer feeders are bright yellow. Someday (hopefully soon), other colors will become available as the insect/yellow issue becomes general knowledge. Until then, what we're doing is hand-painting our flowers with bright white enamel paint (available at any crafts shop); works just as well for the hummers, and far less attractive to insects.

I bought these feeder flowers to replace the missing ones on my hummingbird feeders. They come 9 to a pack. They are easy to insert and make my feeder look new again, well almost. I thought the price was very fair. I bought three packs, just in case I can't find them again at this price.

Product was sold for a fair price, shipping was prompt and product arrived in good condition.

The flowers are pretty and will be put to good use. Thanks for your efficiency.

These worked great and after placing them in the 6 holes I still have 3 left as spares. A raccoon or squirrel tore this hummer feeder down and actually ate the plastic flowers since they were nowhere to be found. They chewed though the wire to get it down and I now have thicker metal/plastic coated electrical wire holding it up.

Some say these flowers were too small and fell out after installing. I did not find this to be the case and while they could spin in the holes they snapped in OK.

I made my own ant guard by taking a small cap off of an aerosol can, drilling a small hole through the top, tying a knot in the heavy electrical wire I use for hanging, then installing the cap upside down where it's held up on the knot about 4"-5" above the feeder. Than take some Vaseline and smear it on the inside of the cap. Works great and even used a green cap to blend in with the surroundings.

Believe the Amazon vendor may be different from the one I used but it's the same "Perky Pet" plastic flowers product.

Spending $5 for replacement flowers for this hummer feeder was a whole lot better than spending $20 for a new feeder. Plus the shipping was quick and is delivered via US mail.

This is actually through no fault of Amazon. I discussed with Perky Pet that these flowers came off my hummingbird feeder. They gave me the part number, I ordered them from Amazon. They don't fit...........so..........be careful what you order. Now I'm stuck with them.

They fit. They go in easy. They come back out easy. We had 3 removed the first day. I have read some, and the color is indeed wrong. Yellow attracts bees. Red attracts hummingbirds. We finally had to buy these to replace missing ones because swarms of bees had moved in. The bees stayed and tried to get them off. We used some non-toxic glue that appears to be holding, though the bees seem to win over the hummingbirds.

In summary, they need to be RED and they need to be UNREMOVABLE.
