quick, easy set up
Sturdy. Great for the middle of the lawn - the pole sits down in a buried sleeve, so you pull it out and mow over the area.

not good at all
The pole is ok, but the hanger is all plastic and the notch where things hang is very shallow. My feeder falls off all the time. I'm just waiting for the plastic to crack as well.

I don't want a green or black pole so this is my ONLY choice really. It lets you choose to do a top-mount of hanger-mount, but why not both? Also, its support system isn't too sturdy & it won't keep itself straight up. Luckily, its pole diameter is at a very standardized 1" diameter so I use Wildbirds Unlimited pole Stabilizer to straighten this. So far so good. This pole itself is very straight (not bent nor curved).

This pole is used for a opus triple bird feeder. It is the recommended pole. We had a strong wind and the pole held sturdy.

The Perky-Pet 5107-4 Universal Bird Feeder Pole works fine with my bird feeder. The plastic sleeve sits below ground with dirt and cement packed around it and makes the pole sturdy and stable. Being a sectional pole I was able to adjust the height how I wanted. The birdfeeder I used already had pole mount bracket built into the base, so I did not need to use any of the plastic mounting hardware provided with the universal birdfeeder pole. So I don't know whether that part of the kit holds up well or not, but the pole is great.

This is nice and works well but I bought a wood pole for in front so it makes the yard look better
