I received the order very fast! Very helpful, but some of the product didn't work, but I know it's a glitch because several purchased at the store did the same thing. Not the seller's fault, at all.

Received the refills precisely on the day as promised, and the price via Amazon was unbeatable! My wife likes the 3/8 - inch runner/stamper the most, so we bought a whole bunch of them. Xyron quality is great, the best we have seen sofar. Great for card making and scrapbook!

This product sells for $3.79 at my local craft store...i am so disappointed in amazon for having such high pricing on this item......

I began using this product in my scrapbooks a few years ago. The refills do not last very long and they are getting harder to find here locally so I've been on a mission to find a replacement. I've tried 4 other tape runners/adhesive stampers and none of them have the holding power that the Xyron does. I feel secure with my projects when I use this runner. I know that whatever I attach using the Xyron tape runner is going to still be there years from now (and the first few pages I used this on, 3-4 years ago are still holding strong).

The refills are some of the easiest to pop in to the cartridge, and the delivery system is perfect, doesn't skip or get stuck. You have to make sure you close the holder tightly so the tape tightens up against the roller. On occasion there will be a few gummy dots that escape the paper and stick to the roller, but that's easily fixed by just rubbing with your finger...comes right off. Xyron also sells a little gummy eraser that removes the little dots if you put them somewhere you realize later you didn't want them.

My only complaint is that the refills don't last very long, but by just using a small (1/2 or less) run of it at the edge of each photo and maybe one 1" long in the center of the photo it last a lot longer then using long constant runs of it. And even using the lesser amount, your project will hold!

I used this product to put together programs for my wedding. It works great but runs out quickly.
