I used this product on my Toyota Tacoma's cast iron exhaust manifold. I ground a V-groove along the crack with a Dremel hand grinder. I steel brushed the area until no corrosion was present. Squished the bag vehemently for mixing. Applied product in crack using clean nitrile gloves. Waited 24 hours, fired up my truck and the repair compound began rising like cookies in the oven in about 10 seconds. I killed the motor, waited another 3 hours, then started it again, but the damage was done to the material. This stuff doesn't quite work.

Followed the directions exactly, but the stuff still blistered off the metal within a few days. Was a waste of time and money, but you might have better results under different circumstances.
