i love this product. i gave it 4 stars because the color of the wood is not as seen in the pic,otherwise it comes equiped with all the features as stated. works perfectly fine.i am able to sit in the sauna for 1/2 hour in 120 degrees temp without being overly hot and still sweat pours out of me like water and afterwards it feels so good. my body feels so relaxed. This sauna comes with a cd player so it is not so boring.i would recommed this sauna to anybody, but maybe a 3 person sauna cause there is not enough room to stretch in this unit. mine is in the bathroom so i use it every other day after working out. it is awesome.

Very disappointing experience with this thing. One of the reasons we bought this sauna was because of the "lifetime warranty." Unfortunately this doesn't cover actually replacing a shoddily made door panel.

The door hinges aren't mounted correctly, the door itself isn't true, and air (and light) pours in along the bottom and both sides. Customer support says to add insulation; when I do enough to cover the gaps, I can't close the door. The support staff is dismissive and say they're willing to ship a replacement door only, and not the panel that it's supposedly a part of. And that's assuming they send a door. They haven't really confirmed anything one way or the other.

By design, the lower heater doesn't put out as much heat as the upper ones. I have a fifty(!) degree difference between the temperature on the display and the temperature on the floor and the gap never changes. Consequently your feet actually feel cold while the rest of you is hot.

The holes for the front eave lights are two big and the lights hang down by the wires. I've built up the lights with tape but they still fall out and I'll probably have to glue them in place.

I would return this if I could but apparently by law, once you use it they can't accept it back. The Catch-22 is that you don't know it doesn't work well until you use it.

Basically, there are two zones in the sauna, one above the bench and a much cooler one from floor to ceiling in front of the bench. I have to sit with my feet up on the bench to avoid the cold feeling. To fix the door issues, I need to hire a carpenter to plane the door and modify the frame well enough to accept insulation to help stem the inflow of cold air.

All in all, not what I expected, and am very disappointed the company won't at least send me a front panel with a properly fitted door to make up for the poorly made original. Even with that, the "two zone" problem isn't going away, which makes this 2 person sauna a 1 person sauna because your feet stay up on the bench with the rest of you (which is not the most comfortable way to use the thing; it's too small to be able to stretch out).

I'd suggest staying away and trying one from another manufacturer.
