VERY CHEAP QUALITY PLASTIC, CRACKS UPON ACCIDENTAL DROPPING WITH NORMAL USE. I PLACED 4 DIFFERENT ORDERS FROM 4 DIFFERENT SITES: GADGETS.COM , NATHAN, FLASHING PANDA AND SAFETY SIGNALS & LIGHTING. THEY ALL SENT ME THE EXACT SAME CHEAP LIGHT MODEL, YES ALL THE LIGHTS THEY SENT ME WERE IDENTICAL.
COMPARED TO THE LIGHT I HAVE AND AM TRYING TO FIND MORE IS VERY DIFFERENT QUALITY IN ALL ASPECTS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

NOT ONLY IS THE MODEL DIFFERENT FROM THE ADVERTISED LIGHTS ON WEB, BUT AFTER ONE DAY: ONE CRACKED AND ANOTHER 4 LEDS ARE WORKING OUT OF 5. I HAVE PICTURES OF SUCH DEFECTS UPON REQUEST.

THESE ARE PURE SCAM LIGHTS AND ALL SEEM TO BE MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME LOW STANDARD COMPANY SINCE THEY ARE IDENTICAL AND DO NOT RESEMBLE THE ADVERTISED MODELS ONLINE.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

You get what you pay for a cheap light that in may work now but seems very fragial and a small drop will make it useless. Spend some more money and better light. Oh and the Nathan light is not any better.

I bought several of these for mysef, dog and mother for when we walk and it's dark. I love them, except the clip on the back of the light is not very strong and they keep falling off. Very annoying!

2 for the price of one expensive light, which ended up being negated as the seal on one of the lights was busted.

The product is fine for a kids bikes, but it's cheaply made and a bit heavy for clipping on you for running at night ("bangs" around alot). I bought two and the clip broke on one of them the first week of use.

I bought these to clip on to my dogs collars for early morning/late night walks for viability. The clips are a joke, they fall right off the first few steps my dog takes at anything over a lazy walking speed. They also break apart when they hit the ground from a distance of 2 feet. When putting the batteries in it seems like the cover would come off pretty easily since I could use my finger nails to pry it off (not a flat head screw driver as instructed in the manual). Turns out that I was correct. If its going to pop off from a 2 foot fall I'd imagine they'd probably eventually pop off if just hit wrong. I guess I'll probably have to wrap a rubber band around it or something for extra security.

Not wanting to waste my money I decided to use them to clip onto my clothes for my morning runs, thinking that these things would stay on better around the waist band of my pants. Again the clips are a joke, they fall right off the first few steps I take. I don't know what others are talking about that they stay on. THEY DON'T, AT ALL, NOT EVEN FOR A SECOND! They do include a bike clip, which I haven't tried, and a elastic band of sorts which I also haven't tried.

Only positive thing I can say is that they are bright and have mult flashing functions which would def get the attention of people....although I can't speak to their longevity since I've gotten zero time use out of them so far.

I think I'm going to try to modify this by using some epoxy to glue the clip shut around the collar or maybe putting a larger key ring in there and then gluing it shut. That way I can use a carabiner type clip to attach to the ring and to the leash loop on the dog collar. Then after that wrap a rubber band around it so doesn't fall to pieces. That's about the only way I think I'll get any use out of these things at all.

Lot of work for a stupid safety flashing light. Wish I hadn't bought it, but from what I can tell, there's not a whole lot of better options out there.

UPDATE: I glued the clip shut with a keyring in it so I could attach it to my dogs collar clip so it would act as a "light" bell. Problem is, these pieces of junk WILL NOT STAY ON. They keep shutting off as my dog trots along. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS PIECES OF JUNK!! DO NO BUY!! THEY WILL NOT STAY CLIPPED ON, THEY WILL NOT STAY ON YOUR CLOTHES IF YOU MOVE AROUND AT ALL, THEY FALL APART FROM LESS THAN A 2 FT FALL!! THEY ARE WORTHLESS HUNKS OF PLASTIC.

These lights are to remind traffic to slow down in a school zone. They are very visible during dark or rainy mornings. Good price for the pair!
