A fine guide either for those beginning the meditation process or for those who have pursued that path for many years. Siegel's words and Kolbialka's music open the doors to peace, healing and insight. Though Siegel's focus is on those facing a physical challenge, the tape is appropriate for any person facing the daily struggles and joys of life.

A beginners guide to meditations, without any technical stuff. Following these meditations really helps to develop and maintain inner peace while facing extremely difficult times. It is great for both the patient and the family. |
