This workout is actually 40 minutes not 15 (the abbreviated version) and trust me it is QUITE challenging. :O) I too am working to achieve my dream body by doing a bootcamp class 3 days a week for 1 hour and I do this workout at least three days a week and a few of Jillian's as well on my off...
