This group is really powerful and amazing. All of the songs on this album evoke an emotional rush. They're are very energizing but at the same time they're soulful and inspiring. They are a very talented, mature and professional in their performance. My favorite tracks are "No Mirrors," "Wanting Memories," "Amen/We Shall Overcome," "Hard to Say," and "If you love me." I highly recommend this album to anybody with a soul.

This awesome group serves up an audible feast of jazz, r&b and Negro spirituals, using their voices to create a lush soundscape in lieu of instruments, sampling, and annoying overdubs. (Play this cd for your friends and see how long it takes them to realize this is acappella). There is something for everyone here: the swoon-worthy "Crazy Love" and "Wait For Love" will satisfy the boy-band set; "No Mirrors" is a solid reflection of traditional choral harmonic style; and even Never-Missed-A-Sunday-Service Grandma will weep along with "Mary". No need for concern about offensive content or lyrics- "Perspectives" provides a musical backdrop that would be appropriate for a backyard bbq, business reception, or just a lazy morning in one's bedroom. Highly recommended for everyone; and especially anyone who misses vocal music the way it was meant to be performed- no electronic tricks and all talent.

This group puts the "Ahhh" in A-Cappella. They are inspiring and exceptionally talented. From songs like "Wanting Memories"- which bring a tear to your eye - to songs like "Shut de do" - which get your energy flowing - this CD is driven by a true sense of excellence and feeling with elements that make you want to sit back and say, "Ahhh." I recommend it highly to anyone who wants to experience real music.

This CD is great! The music and soul of the group are incredible. I can't wait for their next CD!

I've heard so many good things about this group, and I was so excited when I finally got a copy of "Perspectives". While some of the singers have impressive voices, I felt like the album as a whole fell flat. They definitely have a very unique sound. I really wish I could get a chance to hear them live...

I got chills when I heard these people singing. That just doesn't happen to me very often...these people have *amazing* voices. Just beautiful.
