Editorial Reviews

From the Back Cover

Timely insights into how the relationship of an employee to his or her organization is affected by cultural and national context.Existing models of organizational psychology and human resource management focus on the employee as an individual, without considering cultural or national factors. But marketplace globalization demands that cultural differences be recognized. This pioneering study leads the way by assembling new theories and cutting-edge perspectives on topics including intercultural communication, multinational teams, and organizational justice across cultures.
