I used this book for a word processing class, and this is probably one of the better books on learning Word 2007.

What I really liked about it is that the tutorials are well-layed out. The quick review questions are also very helpful, and I would recommend doing those questions to help reinforce the main ideas.

What I did not really like is that, like many of these types of books, is that for the Case Problems at the end of the tutorials, the authors include "Explore" steps throughout each case problem. While I understand it is meant to use critical thinking from what should have been taken from the tutorial, it can be very frustrating at times trying to figure it out.

Overall, I would recommend this book for anyone who needs to learn Word 2007.

the book took longer than expected to receive. book was in good condition, but not the great that was described. I would recommend this seller, and would probably use the seller again.

As one who started with WordPerfect, Microsoft Word has been a major pain to learn and use. I purchased this book to ease that pain. Still working on learning the various details of Word 2007 and the book helps tremendously. Does not mean I like Word any better.

The cover was ripped halfway off the binding but other than that it was in good condition.

I ordered a textbook for an online class I am taking, & I ordered straight from the ISBN number given to me by my instructor. The textbook I received was an abbreviated version of the text with a completely different ISBN, & because of time factors I had to go to the college bookstore & pay full price for a new textbook. The invoice sent with my book indicated the correct ISBN, but again that is NOT the book I received! The day I received the incorrect textbook I emailed the Seller, but as of this date I never got a response from them. I guess at this point I'll dispute the charge on my credit card as I've received no instructions from the Seller. This is a typical example of one of the dangers of making an online purchase! WHAT A RIP-OFF !!!

The book got lost in shipping and I never received it. However, this seller had no problem refunding the money and did so in a very timely manner! I would absolutely order from this seller again without hesitation!
