The textbook was incompleted because it did not include the key, and without the key it is useless.

I have difficulty with modern technology. This book was very helpful with my transition to newer programs. I am now almost computer savvy!

I purchased this as a necessary textbook for a class & I have to admit that I liked the layout. Everything is well summarized, easy to look at, & the spiral binding makes it easy to lay the book down for classwork.

Those who are savvy to Vista will want to pass over this because it is essentially Vista for extreme beginners & there are cheaper books out there that will say about the same thing. Unless you need this for a class or work, there may not be anything in here that you couldn't find cheaper.

I also don't usually comment on the shipping time, but I do want to put out a warning for people- it took a teensy bit longer than normal to ship. It wasn't a heinous wait (just 3-4 more days than the other stuff), but it was obvious that this isn't something they normally keep in stock like their other regular books & movies. I get the impression that this is something they have to get directly from the publisher at times, so make sure that you give your book plenty of time to get here before your class starts. The price is good & the shipping time is decent for textbooks, but it does take longer than the usual amazon shipping times.

The book arrived in perfect condition and had no markings or bent pages! I was glad the binding was in perfect condition also!
