great steps for my golden,

I have a young golden retriever diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia. I bought this for him to go up on our bed. At first he was a little scared, but then I put on his leash and put his paw on the first step and helped him go up the steps. I made him go up the steps ten times till he got comfortable with them and would praise him over and over. Now it isn't a big deal and he goes up easily. The steps are easy to put together and very sturdy. They will hold a large dog well. Really happy with this purchase.

It works. It does what it's supposed to. Good wide steps for easy dog climbing and easy to assemble.

Good stairs, whole step should be covered in carpet,

Bought these steps to allow our 14-year old Border Terrier easier access to the bed. While we were able to get him to use them, it would have been easier, and probably less unpleasant for him, if the entire platform of each step were covered in carpet. Instead, the carpet piece on there leaves the edges of smooth plastic open, meaning his paws would hit that and he didn't seem to enjoy it very much. Once he figured them out a bit more, everything was alright. But that simple adjustment would make these great.
