I have a very large, over 25 pounds cat and I have been looking for a carrier that was big enough for him. This carrier fit the bill. It's a little bit taller than I expected (I was focused more on the width & depth measurements), so it is a nice size. It seems too big for airline travel, but it worked well for taking my kitty to the vet - he could move around comfortably and wasn't smushed up like the standard sized carrier I used to get him home from the pound. I really like that it is on wheels or can be comfortably used as a backback, but it seems too big and bulky to use the shoulder strap. It could use soem more padding on the bottom (I folded up an old towel, and I didn't try the leash tether.

This product was great, it was just really big. Well made and it was comfortable to wear as a backpack, and rolled nicely on wheels. I don't think this product would fit under any airplane seat. My 15lb shihtzu was not big enough to need this much space though. We returned it and got the Pet Gear I-Go2 for dogs up to 20 lbs and it is a much better fit, and I think it will probably fit under an airplane seat.

I've always had issues taking my very heavy 24 pound cat to the vet in the conventional hard cased carriers. Not only were those hard to lug around, they were also extremely uncomfortable for my kitty. This carrier is very stylish and multi-functional. There are slits in the back of the bag where you can secure the seatbelt to the bag in place (that way your pet wont jiggle all over the place in the car). The carrier is very well ventilated, the mesh is sturdy, my big cat tried scratching it a few times, and it didnt dent the fabric. There are side pockets in case you need to carry any forms with you or toys. My cat went in the carrier without protesting for once. He usually makes a huge fuss about going in ANY carrier. He fit in there so comfortably that he fell asleep at the vet next to 2 big dogs. There is plenty of headroom which adds alot of comfort. All in all this is a great buy for someone who is small and has a hard time carrying a heavy animal. Highly recommended!
