I was so impressed the very first time I used the Pet Head Fur Ball Detangling Spray! I pray they never stop making it. The results are amazing. I have 2 Miniature Schnauzers with very long groomed Hair. I have tried a many of products having none of them impress me. None of the other products would truly alow me to comb through my dogs hair without much difficulty and lots of time.... until I found this product. I have used it when their hair is wet or dry and it works "Fantastic"!! My dogs seem to be happy with it also... combing their hair is painfree now. No more tangles! Their hair is so soft and beautiful after using the Pet Head Fur Ball Detangling Spray. I so love this product!! It's a proven winner with me and several other long hair dog owners I know. I must also mention that I use their shampoos and creme rinses also.... They are also "Fantastic!! The whole line works great!! I'm Glad Amazon is carrying the line.

Those of us trying to keep up with the furry abundance of chow chows have cause to be grateful for this product. It's a nice inbetween groomings and baths detangler and keeps him silky and glowing. Personally, I think the smell is revolting--but if you want your fluffy friend to smell like some sort of dessert-on-paws, I suppose it's fine. Worth it for the smooth detangling and less unhappiness during brushing, and good gentle misting action from the spray nozzle. Biggest pluses: It works and it doesn't leave a nasty buildup on his fur. Minuses: It would smell a lot better in lavender and mint, like the Buddy splash scent that my chowbuddy seems to find relaxing.

I have a pom mix and her fur is super fine and gets matted very easily. I washed her with baby shampoo like I always do, but them sprayed this on before I blew her dry, and it was awesome! All the clumps are gone from her fur, and brushing her was so easy. Way less crying and fighting than I usually get from her when I'm trying to get her fur untangled. I tried a de-matting brush a few weeks ago and just ended up cutting her, and ripping it through her fur, this worked so much better and no fear of cutting her again.
