5.0 out of 5 stars Great product!!
This product is a keeper! I have two dogs who swim several time a week in a river at a local dog park. Hosing them off once we get home isn't always convenient or desirable. This product effectively removes loose dirt and the fishy/algae odor. It has a nice light scent. A very effective time saver.

1.0 out of 5 stars Spray Nozzle Fell Apart
The spray nozzle fell apart (or sprang apart) the first time I tried to use the product. I spent about 20 minutes trying to put it back together and could not figure out how to make it work. There was one left over part that came from somewhere inside the mechanism and it just wasn't obvious where it went. I tried everything! I would never buy this product again.

To the reviewer who complained that the scent doesn't last - what shampoo scent, human or canine, lasts more than a day or two??? The key attribute is that it effectively cleans the dog and REMOVES undesirable scents. When the scent fades, the "dirty" odors remain masked.

Pet Head Poof! deodorizing spray also works well when you don't need to clean dirt of the dogs coat, just spay it on and rub in. Not much is needed, no toweling off required.

5.0 out of 5 stars great for between baths, August 30, 2009
This review is from: Pet Head Dry Clean Waterless Spray Shampoo (15.2 fl. oz) (Misc.)
This is a great product. I bought this because my dog was becoming smelly even though he only had a bath the week before. It took away the dog smell and left his fur really soft. True, the scent only lasted for a couple of days, but even then, my dog still remained stink-free - which was what I wanted.

Love this product! The blueberry muffin smell is great and not overpowering. My Vet even commented on how nice the dogs smelled after using it. Perfect for in-between baths! I've already recommended to friends!

5.0 out of 5 stars Super great for a small dog :), July 24, 2010
This review is from: Pet Head Dry Clean Waterless Spray Shampoo (15.2 fl. oz) (Misc.)
I have a 7 pound Cava-poo name Seminole, go Noles! Anyway, I have used this and I have to disagree with other comments about the smell not lasting. This smells so yummy even days later; and my little boy has shaggy hair and loves to run in the park in dirt and all kinds of puddles and foliage (live in NYC). This product makes his hair soft and like I mentioned, leaves a really nice blueberry smell- very kissable-vs. the alternative dirty boy smell.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for healing puppies!, January 25, 2012
This review is from: Pet Head Dry Clean Waterless Spray Shampoo (15.2 fl. oz) (Misc.)
My puppy recently was spayed and we can't bathe her for ten days while her stitches heal. She's an indoor/outdoor dog and can get pretty smelly, so we bathe her regularly. This dry shampoo works great while we can't give her a bath, and it smells so good that we'll keep using it even when we go back to bathing her. Her flea shampoo doesn't make her smell particularly good, but this dry shampoo masks the dog smell entirely, smells fantastic, and her fur feels a bit softer too.
