Pet Music: Creature Comforts. Music for Pet Stress and Separation Anxiety

I bought this for my 11 year old lab mix when I moved into my apartment. He wasn't used to all of the noises around us and he would bark a lot. The first time I played this, he laid right down by the couch and went to sleep!! He didn't even get up and try to run after me when I opened the door to leave! I asked my neighbors if he barked during the day and they said they hadn't heard a peep from him. The first CD is guitar based, and the second reminds me more of Celtic music. Either way, it was worth it!

This is an excellent set of CD's to relax your dogs. Actually, I find it very relaxing, as well. As a groomer I do what I can to keep my clients comfortable during their time with me. For the vast majority of these dogs, this music does the trick. I would recommend it without reservation.

I do know that the music is very soothing and it certainly relaxes me. I am not positively sure what it does for my dog, I have no cameras set up but she acts the same when I leave her to go to work with barking and whining and she still destroys her crates trying to get out so I am not sure how soothing it really is for her. My neighbors say that she only barks and whines for an hour and then she is quiet so I don't know if I can contribute that to the music or not but it sure does work for me when I am stressed.
