There is excellent evidence presented (including biblical support) of the afterlife (spirits) of animals; and for those who feel that seeing the "ghosts" of pets is a subjective, emotional (wish) fulfilment, it would be hard to explain how a vet sees a ghost horse that the former owners do not,and the vet has no previous knowledge of this horse's existence; this is only one example Note: This vet is now a teacher at Purdue University
