The product did not arrive - most likely a delivery problem!

An email to customer services and options were quickly presented, including a refund. Impressive and professional.

I love the size of this product. I have had stainless steel tags, but I wanted one that was also beautiful. So far I love it. This is definitely a required item for all pet owners. My dog has already wandered around, and I feel good that she has this tag on.

We love these tags--the small hearts (in blue and pink for our male and female) are just right for our small dogs. Even though these colors aren't pictured for these shapes, they are available (I think all of the colors are available for any of the shapes). The construction is solid and the type is easy to read. We liked them so much I sent for two more in the jewelry style: Pet ID Tag - Heart Shape and Pet ID Tag - Heart.

I made a mistake when ordering, but the company immediately sent me an e-mail to clarify what I wanted. The customer service is great, and the name tag is quality. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and will definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered 3 stainless large circles. It did take me awhile to figure out how to email the company to provide the info to put on the tags... but, figured it out eventually :) Does seem like that process could be made easier? Maybe the company could email the buyer? Or maybe I am the only easily confused buyer out there...?
As for the product, the tags are great. Arrived very quickly. They are very easy to read and look of nice quality. Solid.
I am really happy with them. So much better than the cheesy tags you get from the engraving machines inside pet stores.

I bought this dog tag in the plastic heart shaped hot pink color, and love it. It is light weight, cute, durable, and doesn't make any noise when I walk the dog. The tag arrived quickly and the customer service was great. I want to order another tag for my boy dog soon, if your thinking of buying one do it!

Our Boxers play very rough but these tags have been great. It's been months and they haven't faded and the dogs haven't lost them. We are very happy with this product.

I have spent probably the last 6 months spending money on good tags - I had seen these before but skipped over them because I thought, "Aren't these sold in the petstore? They dont even look that good." Well I went to billions of different websites, probably spent over 50$ (I know a ridiculous amount) for dog tags for my puppy - different materials, sizes, colors, you name it and all of them were awful. Finally, I said well I've never tried these before, so why not? It's cheap too. What I ordered was a large dog brass tag for my dalmatian puppy named Lucy. I have to tell you (and I got it in a heart) that this tag surpasses everything. Its big! And when I mean big, I dont mean the size of your thumb, at least one more than that, if not two sizes bigger, the engraving came out great and legible and not to mention is was only around 10$. I will always come back to this seller for any future dog tags needed.

Mine came PROPERLY and deeply ENGRAVED, but I ordered only brass and stainless steel so I cannot speak to plastic ones.

I purchased one of these engraved tags for my cat over a year ago and it has held up remarkably well. I love that this tag does not jingle when he walks around.
