We like to make sure our dogs have ID, so I got this tag. It was great, except that the other dog chewed on it a bit and scratched it up. With two dogs, I need to get an ID tag that doesn't scratch. Otherwise, it's a well made dog tag. The edges are not sharp so no worry about cuts.

Tag came ok, but not engraved, just printed on, will not last. Stay Away from this product, misleading should read printed dog tag, which is pretty much useless, unless you have a dog that never goes outside, but in that case you wouldnt need a tag.

The tag we received was engraged on stainless steel. You can not read the information without holding the tag very close. All of the information was correct and neatly done, but make sure you get a contrasting backgroung (like the sample on the website), if you decide to buy it.

I have 2 dogs, both are JRTs. I ordered tags for both of the dogs. On the first order, I misspelled "Minnie," the dog's name. They gladly sent me a new tag for almost less than the cost of shipping.

On the 2nd order, I provided an "old" telephone number, and not my current one. Again, they sent me a new tag with the proper phone number.

How can one complain about people or a business who are so customer-oriented? My gosh, in today's world of a "Global Economy" maybe the Army is the only place left where they care about what happens to the individual consumer. Amazon was wise to align themselves with the marketer of these puppy tags.

"Ordered 7 (yes, SEVEN) different pet name tags, all of different style/size/finish, EVERYONE properly engraved on each different type of tag. Email to this company easy via Amazon email. Company also contacted me to clarify a couple of points and were VERY helpful, polite and PROFESSIONAL MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company and its products!

Mine came PROPERLY and deeply ENGRAVED, but I ordered only brass and stainless steel so I cannot speak to plastic ones. The Dog Bone comes in several sizes, I got the large it is plenty large for a 120 lb Mastiff / German Shepard cross, I can't imagine anyone needing the EXTRA Large which is over 2X size of this one.

I received my brass tags right away. they were better than I expected I usually pay way more money and ended up with cheap metal that my big dogs break in about a week. These are a thicker brass and were engraved perfectly!

After two tries, they still miss-spelled words. Took forever and was wrong. Item may be ok once you get it, but there are other sources that are faster and that can spell.

We got a yellow bone with black writing--super cute for our pooch! 4 stars because the ring they send you to attach to the bone seems cheaply made.
