The doggy umbrella seems to be a great idea, unfortunatelly my dog is afraid of it. She doesn't want to walk with the umbrella on top of her. I need to find a way to train her for that. (suggestions?) I tried hidding treats under it when it's at home, but once she gets it hooked to her collar, she just doesn't like it. I got a nice note from seller, she emailed me about it and she is interested in finding out if I solved the problem. She even offered a return. Though I want to keep on trying. I wish they had these umbrellas for bigger dogs too. One problem I see... is also, that most dogs are used to have a long cord leash. This umbrella limits the dog to be only by the owner and they don't feel comfortable trying to make their "needs" being so limited in their own space. Check it, it is only for "very small dogs". If they could make something similar with special belts that attach to the dog's body and could allow the dog go further with a different type of handle of course, it would be great. (I wish I was an inventor). Any way, for people that have their tiny dogs trained to walk right by the owner, could be a very usefull thing. Go for it.
